BestMARC helps with RDA Fields
BestMARC has a built in assistance for entering some of the RDA fields as well as dealing with capitalization and the 264 field. If you haven't used this source for this class, you may want to consider it for this assignment.
NOTE: I find when telling BestMARC that I want to use RDA that it does not automatically change the 260 field to 264 (even though it says that it will.) You will need to delete the 260 and add the 264 manually.
NOTE: If you are using MARC Magician, it will not let you enter the 264 field unless you go to File > Options > Advanced and then uncheck the box that says "selecting fields and subfields" under "Restrict choices to MARC when...".
NOTE: BestMARC's prompts for Video Recording - Online are incorrect for the 337 and 338 tags. Use the MARC tags I have listed above under the Cheat Sheet for Downloadable and Streaming Video.
PART THE FIRST
STEP 1: Complete the cataloging for the following textbook examples below. Fill in information for tags listed below that were not addressed in the textbook examples. You are to fully catalog each title (which means adding the Pentlin requirements to the records that aren't in the textbook answers (each record will have a Dewey classification, subject headings, a summary, etc.) This is a summative exercise and so you will use the MARC tags that we have discussed this far in the course -- those that are listed below:

STEP 2: In addition to completing the records by adding additional information you are to catalog these records using RDA rules -- modifying the information in the textbook to meet the RDA rules that are listed above. By all means use the answers in the text as a jumping off point BUT remember the answers in the text are using AACR2 rules and even though you have answers on how to catalog these titles at the back of the text you will need to modify the records to utilize the four RDA areas listed above. In re-cataloging these titles, please use every quick trick that you have learned in accessing favorite copy cataloging resources to help you fully catalog these titles. It is exactly the kind of thing that you would do in your library. Copy wherever you can.
The best examples of records with RDA information is the Library of Congress: http://catalog.loc.gov. You may want to look at records for examples even if you don't find the exact record you are cataloging.
